The needs of my clients are very important. I have 14 years of experience working with crisis and have an excellent understanding of depression, anxiety, and chronic mental illness. I use CBT and DBT to help with changing how the brain functions to help the client move through the difficulties they are experiencing. I also specialize in substance abuse counseling and have my LAC. My life and employment experience helps me work side by side with my clients to give them useable coping skills and emotional regulation skills to help them handle situations in a more appropriate manner.
