Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California and Arizona with over 10 years' experience working with individuals and groups. I specialize in assisting those struggling with Family conflict, Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Low Self-esteem, Career Counseling and Emotional/Psychological Abuse. I provide individual and family therapy to adults, adolescents, and children. I utilize evidence based interventions including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
