Are you struggling to feel accepted & comfortable in your sexual or gender identity? Or are you yearning to find a way to navigate your coming-out or identity-formation process? I help members of the LGBTQ community sort through sexuality & gender challenges, as well as mental health issues like trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, & self-esteem. For those with religious or interpersonal trauma, I aim to meet you with non-judgment and authenticity to build a healing relationship. I practice LGBTQ Affirmative Therapy because everyone deserves to be supported, understood, and celebrated during their therapy experience. Clients with religious and interpersonal trauma are also typically deeply craving validation and security. Compassion is a personal value that I work hard to upload in every minute of therapy with you.
