I have more than 5 years of experience providing counseling for children, teens, and adults. I also have a background in providing counseling for victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I provide counseling for those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and life adjustment. I utilize a person-centered approach in order to best meet the needs of each client.
