I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing online and in-person therapy to California residents. If you feel anxious, depressed, exhausted, unmotivated, or stuck, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for young to older adults. EMDR-trained, psychodynamically oriented, and holding a doctorate in education from USC, I also bring a holistic approach as a certified integrative life coach. I support clients with interpersonal growth, empowerment, and awareness by healing childhood wounds and breaking patterns with compassion, insight, and intention.
