Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who works exclusively with individuals and couples. I enjoy helping each client identify a core struggle, expand awareness, heal relationship issues, and discover new ways to connect to your inner-self and others. I strongly believe each client has the creativity and power within to self-generate and heal. I am here to help support and encourage you. I am a trained Gottman Level 1 and 2 therapist, a practice designed to help couples identify the core issues in the relationship, increase emotional and relational awareness and strengthen emotional connection. In addition, I utilize EMDR, this is an evidence base practice used if you find yourself struggling with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression.
