I specialize in supporting clients working through challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and major life transitions. Maybe in partnership you are struggling with communication, trust, infidelity, or emotional regulation and want support that feels warm and collaborative. We can work together to strengthen your connection, and build tools to understand yourself and each other more deeply to move forward with clarity and resilience. I support individual adults, couples, and families from Family Systems, CBT, ACT, and Narrative models, and utilize Level 3 Training in the Gottman Couples Therapy Method. I am currently in advanced training and clinical supervision for sex therapy certification through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists.
