I believe creating a supportive and safe therapeutic relationship is the introduction to pursuing mental health and well being. Relationships cause brokenness and pain, but they are also the source of healing. My goal is to form a trusting relationship where you feel heard, valued and validated. As we journey together, you will begin to explore how your past is connected to and currently impacts your present.
