In my practice, I find there are many different reasons individuals seek therapy but most take this step when feeling overwhelmed by stress or unhappy in their relationships. I view the therapeutic relationship as collaborative and am present to provide you with support as well as the tools you need to move forward. As your therapist, I create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and ways of relating to others. It is my belief that having this insight gives you the ability to make changes which improve your emotional health and the quality of your relationships. I provide Individual Psychotherapy for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. Private pay and several insurance plans are accepted.
