Hello! I’m Kristy and I’m excited to help you work towards living your best life. Knowing that seeking counseling can be overwhelming in itself, I like to meet you where you are on your journey, and towards the goals you want to achieve. I work with adults and teens on adjustment issues, life stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and other issues. I have experience working with body positivity, women's health, and self-esteem. I also work with couples to enhance connection, communication, and through other marital issues.
