About
Seeking psychotherapy is an incredibly difficult yet often essential first step to making the changes necessary to have the life you want. My goal is to support and guide clients as they seek to better themselves, learn healthy ways to cope with life's difficulties, gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, and overcome past pain and suffering by creating corrective connections. I gain fulfillment in my career by drawing on my unique set of skills and clinical experiences to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, cultivate acceptance, and reach their full potential. I have significant experience treating eating disorders, self-esteem issues, and related women's issues. I enjoy working with individuals of different backgrounds and taking an individualized approach, utilizing principles from DBT, CBT, ACT, and narrative therapy.
