My ideal client is someone who presents as capable on the outside but feels exhausted, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. They’re often navigating a major life transition: career changes, relationship shifts, substance use recovery, becoming a parent, relocation, or an identity “reset” and is realizing that their old ways of coping no longer work. Many are carrying burnout, anxiety, chronic self-doubt, or a persistent feeling that they repeat the same patterns even when they understand them intellectually.
