My areas of focus are: self-empowerment, anxiety, mindfulness techniques, grief, and spirituality. I believe the mind, body and spirit are deeply connected and I combine my training in psychology with my experience as a reiki / massage therapist, herbalist, and intuitive to address all of these aspects of healing. My counseling approach is relational and strengths-based. Together, we will build a safe and trusting relationship to explore what you need to heal by drawing from a variety of modalities to address your needs: supportive talk therapy; mindfulness approaches; body-centered awareness; and self-care techniques / movement.
