We often go through life wearing a mask, pretending to be “ok." But, underneath it all, every human being has a need to feel and to heal. I often hear people say they feel like a failure for seeking therapy; I would argue it takes courage and vulnerability to seek support. I offer a safe and comfortable space for you to be honest and open about how you are feeling. I am always honored and grateful when my clients trust me to support them on their journey to wholeness. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and hold a Clinical Addiction Counselor's license as well. I have five years of experience working in a Behavioral Health Hospital as well as two years experience in Hospice and Palliative Care.
