I believe each person has inherent ability and capacity to thrive and experience joy. We all face challenging—and sometimes traumatic—experiences that can impact our mental well-being. Anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma often emerge in response to life stressors, including lived experiences within the systems we navigate and belong to. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that individuals already possess the strength to create change in their lives. My role is to walk alongside you—offering support, guidance, and collaboration as we work together to better understand and address your challenges.
