You matter. I believe you were created with intention and you have a purpose. It takes courage and vulnerability to reach out for support and I commend you for searching. I love working with people who are choosing to pursue growth, hoping for more and seeking alignment in their lives. It doesn't matter what you've done or what's happened to you: there is hope. We will go where you want to go and at your pace. I want you to feel like therapy is your space and for you to be empowered. As a Christian, I incorporate Biblical principles in sessions upon request. I also utilize a blend of evidence-based practices and a pinch of humor.
