I believe it is important to honor all of your experiences, good or not so good, and utilize what you have learned to help you recognize the existing strengths and skills you possess. Together we will explore new perspectives and coping skills to help you achieve your goals. I am here to listen, support, and assist you in growing, learning and healing. I have over 10 years of varied clinical experience that has allowed me to be able to bring a unique perspective into my practice. I believe in individually tailoring my techniques and interventions to meet you where you are currently, and help you achieve your goals.
