I treat clients of all ethnicities, faiths and gender identities, from high- schoolers to college-age, and adults of any age who are seeking to recover from trauma; struggling with mental health disorders; or crippled by shame and low self-esteem. I also work with couples and families who need help to restore communications and develop trust. I am a retired Presbyterian pastor and a trained Bowen family systems theory therapist. I've completed multiple training modalities re: healing trauma including Brainspotting, TF-CBT, and CPT. I also employ CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and other modalities to help individuals, couples and families find wholeness and build and restore relationships.
