Sometimes we just need to be heard and validated. I provide a safe non-judgmental space for clients where they can express and be their true selves. I am supportive and believe everyone has inner strengths. My experience as a therapist has taught me that we are resilient and have inner undiscovered coping skills that have gone unseen. I am eclectic and explore childhood experiences that tend to follow us through adulthood.
