I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of NY. I take a person-centered approach and work with clients to help formulate a collaborative treatment plan. Empathy is a strong focus of my work. Through this approach I hope to learn more about you and truly understand your needs. Together, we will work on managing any life stressors that may be present.
