Hello and welcome. I feel truly honored to work in this field - I find my clients so very courageous for reaching out and striving for a happier, healthier life, whatever that may mean to them. Making that first call is an important step that signals some meaningful change has begun. I take a holistic approach to wellness, with a strong focus on physical, mental and emotional health. I use primarily cognitive/behavioral/coaching approaches, working with a diverse range of clients and issues, including: educational, relationship issues, divorce, grief, mood problems, work/career concerns, co-dependency, life direction questions.
