I enjoy working with clients ages 6 and up. I work from a Narrative therapy lens and incorporate CBT, DBT, Adlerian, and person-focused modalities. I aim to meet people where they are at and I am happy to lend my expertise to those in need. I meet for Individual, Couples, and Family therapy, working with a wide range of concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and maternal/paternal mental health. I am an LGBTQ+ Christian ally and was late-diagnosed ADHD. I have experience with Law Enforcement, Dispatch, Veterans, and those managing miscarriage/infant loss and postpartum concerns.
