I hope to be a soft place to land for my clients as they navigate their own journey in life and create a space where they feel comfortable to be vulnerable. I think of myself as a guide to walk beside folks through the harder times and also to emphasize and highlight their strengths as they work towards their goals. Whether you are feeling stuck, wanting to learn more about managing your anxiety, or healing from trauma I see my clients as whole people and focus deeply on our therapeutic connection. I believe that this relationship is central to the work we will do together.
