My specialty is with couples counseling. I have attended trainings with Terry Real, Sue Johnson and incorporate Gottman research as well as other modalities such as CBT and ACT. Clients tell me they appreciate my insight, ability to synthesize conversations, and my skill in noticing patterns in communication.
