I believe the clients I work with know themselves best and I aim to support and walk alongside them as they find the answers they seek within themselves in order to live a more functional and fulfilling life. I approach counseling through a person-centered lens, allowing clients to take the lead. I provide clients with a safe, trusting environment and opportunities to shift unhealthy thought patterns, to build healthy coping skills, to process and regulate difficult emotions and sensations, and to invite social support and positive relationships into their lives.
