I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, OCD and related disorders, and trauma. My treatment approach is rooted in collaboration and compassion, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust and empathy. I integrate evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques with a psychodynamic relational approach to validate clients' feelings, challenge their negative thought patterns, and equip them with the tools to overcome obstacles.
