I am EMDR trained and enjoy working with a variety of mental health concerns, including, but not limited to, PTSD, trauma, neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), LGBTQ issues, gender issues, gender dysphoria, identity exploration, chronic pain, chronic illness, Disability, and career development. I prefer to work with individuals ages 6 and older. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals who are neurodiverse, have disabilities, or identify within the queer community. I love teaching people about coping skills and ways to manage their mental health so they can feel empowered and in control of their therapy journey.
