I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. Therapy doesn’t always have to take place because of major life events, it can also be helpful for those daily struggles that are getting in the way of being the best version of ourselves. I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety and depression, perinatal and postpartum struggles, relationship issues, along with general life stress. I employ a compassionate and supportive yet direct approach to treatment. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so while I typically utilize cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions, I always modify because I believe in providing personalized treatment that will work best for each individual.
