As a therapist at Restoring Light Counseling, I strive to create an environment of safety and trust that allows my clients to access the vulnerability needed to bring issues to the light. I am firm believer that with the right support and tools clients can find healing and meet their personal goals. My counseling focus is on utilizing client's resilience and inner strengths, identifying harmful belief systems and thought patterns, and implementing evidence based techniques suited to the client's needs. I treat a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, eating disorders, chronic stress, and trauma.
