Life is complicated, and none of us thrive in isolation. We all need connection and support from others in order to grow and live fully into our lives. I am driven by curiosity, and I love to help people locate and tell their stories within the larger frames of family, community, and social systems. I’m best suited to work with clients who are sifting through family, parenting, and relationship issues, grief and transitions, traumas, identity and spirituality questions, and issues with anxiety and depression.
