About

As a relational therapist, I believe healing happens through connection. The experiences we carry from our past shape our present, often in ways we don’t intend. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their past, present, and future, make sense of relationship patterns, and gain deeper self-understanding. I am passionate about working with queer people, those in ENM or polyamorous relationships, and couples. My approach is warm, direct, and engaged—I actively participate in the therapy process, helping clients recognize the dynamics that may be keeping them stuck.
