We all experience times in our lives when we are going through a difficult period and need support. I specialize in working with adult women throughout the lifespan ad strive to provide a space that feels comfortable. I utilize a client-centered, strengths-based and holistic approach. I believe that change is possible and that working with a therapist one feels connected with can assist in the healing process. I have over 20 years of experience working with women of all ages dealing with emotional and physical health issues, histories of trauma, grief and life transitions. I have worked extensively around issues related to pregnancy loss and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
