Welcome! I work from a relational and psychodynamic approach with my clients to help them work through challenges related to trauma, relationships and attachment, ADHD, body image and emotional regulation. I am trained to look for patterns and to consider things like the unconscious forces and drives at play that impact triggers and symptoms. Therapy with me can be deep, gently challenging and insightful.
