I work with clients (ages 12+) to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to achieving. Through individualized cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training, together we can focus on your thoughts, feelings, and behavior, helping you to stay in the moment and not let those negative thoughts take control. My goal is to help you break those negative old habits and form new healthy ones. I will work with you to provide coping skills that apply to your life to find what truly makes you happy.
