My goal is to help people improve their quality of life and to feel safe during the process. I have over 25 years of experience working with adolescents and adults, providing individual and group therapy, as well as crisis intervention. The majority of my work has been with people who have experienced loss and grief, trauma, and/or other significant issues such as depression, anxiety , PTSD, addictions, and ADHD. I utilize evidence based treatment approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT, and believe that therapy should be person centered. I tailor to individual needs and goals rather than using a one treatment fits all approach.
