I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal and change. My clients would say I value being approachable, authentic and create a therapeutic space that is safe and non-judgmental. My focus is on helping you build confidence and resiliency to allow you to be the best version of yourself. Prior to opening my practice, I worked in community mental health in Colorado for over a decade. I take a trauma-informed, whole person approach to therapy. Anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions are some of the challenges I address in therapy. My approach is client centered, meaning we will work together to figure out what works best for you based on your unique goals.
