I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of CO. I enjoy working with clients pursuing treatment for relational concerns, family conflict, self-esteem and identity issues, and attachment trauma. I take an integrative approach to counseling, operating through a relational, attachment-based lens. I believe my clients are the writers of their own life story, and the experts of themselves. Everyone deserves the opportunity to feel truly seen and heard, and my overarching goal is to provide that feeling to all of my clients, through the development of a non-judgmental, authentic, therapeutic relationship.
