About

My experience extends to all age groups in a variety of settings. These include in-home therapy with children and families, addiction and substance use disorders, assessing and treating adolescents, as well as working with youth interacting with the legal system. I enjoy assisting clients with managing emotions, anxiety, impulsivity, depression, parenting struggles, achieving goals, and moving through a variety of life challenges. I also have a strong interest in specializing in the treatment of children by incorporating Adlerian Play Therapy.
