My goal is to provide a safe therapeutic environment to assist with managing life stressors, transitions and acute or chronic mental health issues. Often we struggle with challenges associated with life transitions, chronic or acute stressors, medical issues, abuse or difficulties within interpersonal relationships. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities based on individual needs.
