Hello there! I’m a warm, empathic, and honest clinician who believes that feeling safe, heard, and valued is the foundation of meaningful change. I’ve worked in a variety of therapeutic settings and have been in private practice for six years. My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood and “normal,” even when life feels anything but. My path to becoming a therapist was driven by a lifelong interest in people and a natural ability to connect and support others. Over the years, my personal experiences with grief, growth, and finding purpose have given me deep empathy and insight into the challenges my clients face.
