Jung said “We don’t get wounded alone and we don’t heal alone.” Meaning everything that is hurt within a relationship must be healed within one. As a therapist, I believe in deep relational work. I am not about “quick fixes” and believe that the best results, and true healing, come with time and curiosity. I also try my best to honor societal/structural influences on our lives and come from an anti-capitalist, anti-colonialist standpoint in my work.
