Finding the right therapist is all about finding a person you can trust, who provides a genuinely caring, nurturing environment, free from all judgment. Throughout my 20 years as a psychotherapist, I feel my greatest strength is my natural ability to connect with all of my clients in a sincere, heartfelt manner, filled with compassion and a genuine interest for their well-being. I work with individuals of all ages, couples and families. Some of my areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, self-esteem, coping with loss, navigating through change, school difficulties, ADD/ADHD and strengthening couple and family relationship. My clients are offered an integrative approach specifically designed to meet their individual needs. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness training, play therapy, neurofeedback and strength-based counseling. All of my support is offered with the utmost respect and compassion for my client and those around them.
