My approach to the therapeutic process begins and ends with the client. My focus is to tackle the struggles that my clients want to work on and to improve overall functioning. Using various treatment modalities, I help my clients work through trauma, chronic mental health illnesses, current life stressors, transitions, developmental, and behavioral challenges. I treat both children and adults and offer couples counseling and family counseling. My goal is to help my clients understand themselves better, learn coping skills, identify and express feelings, address the underlying causes of distress, and find ways to move forward.
