Do you feel like something’s not right? You feel off, messy, confused, and/or sad. It may even seem that everyone around you makes living seem so easy, even fulfilling. Perhaps you know what is ailing you- a recent diagnosis, a fracture in a relationship, or the changes that come with life transitions. Maybe you don’t have any idea what it is—that is okay. You know that you want to see change. I want to help you discover what it is that is keeping you stuck. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families take that step to begin to thrive again. My approach begins by providing an environment where trust is established within the therapeutic relationship. Using an attachment lens to set the groundwork, we will explore those early connections and current relationships. This lays out a framework of exploring emotional patterns and interpersonal dynamics. I use an integrative approach with my clients.
