I work with individuals, often those involved in the arts, but whether or not you call yourself an artist, the focus of our work will be on how to bring more of your full self to a creative interaction with the world. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, or unsure of how to move forward in your life. My job is to help you to pay attention to your own desires, to find your way through the confusion of other peoples expectations, and begin acting creatively on what you discover. New healthier choices begin the process of positive change.
