My approach is influenced by C.G. Jung, Viktor Frankl (Man's Search for Meaning) Socratic dialogue, Buddhism and Quaker meetings. I work best with the person who sees their life as a journey of self-discovery. I will help you uncover the solutions that you already have and see the problematics of those solutions. I will help you listen to your muse, interpret your dreams, identify your interpersonal patterns and face the fears and anxieties that haunt you. I will treat your troubles with the utmost respect because they help you learn and grow. Gratitude softens pain. I find parallels between creativity & spiritual inspiration. Like you, I have had to face many challenges in my life. There is no better work for us to do than fathom the meaning hidden in our challenges. I'm not an intellectual who will observe nor a moralist who scolds. Life is an opportunity for self-discovery. I love working with artists, musicians and other creatives. I am an artist myself.
