I'm a human before I'm a therapist, so I first want to share a little about myself (and not just the cliche "I like hiking in my free time"). I am a military spouse, mom of two littles, and a type C human. I like to think I'm a reader, but I've realized I mostly just like owning books. I'm an introvert but value deep connection, which seems quite fitting that I became a therapist. My ideal clients are women ages 18-40 (give or take a few years) who are looking for support around identity, relationships, transitions, etc. I enjoy the relatability parts of working with this community as I feel it deepens the therapeutic connection.
