I am accepting new clients! Thinking about starting therapy can feel overwhelming and scary, and you being here shows that you're already doing something meaningful by simply paying attention to your needs. I primarily support people who have experienced trauma & attachment wounds, struggle with anxiety, or are working to build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. You have developed creative strategies for survival that made sense at a time, and together, we'll honor those responses while inviting new ways of being. You already carry the capacity and wisdom to heal, and I'm here to walk alongside you as that unfolds.
