I help individuals break free from patterns that no longer serve them, fostering growth and resilience. I specialize in treating trauma and substance use disorders, including supporting those impacted by a loved one’s substance use or growing up in homes with substance-related challenges. I am a Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) approved provider, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) trained and Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) Certified Provider. CPT is an evidenced based therapy, which means that it has been proven to be effective through scientific research. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that includes eye movements to address problems such depression and PTSD. The SSP is a listening therapy that helps improve nervous system regulation.
