We will work together at a pace that makes sense for you. I will support you with empathy and compassion and without judgment. My focus areas are anxiety/stress, relationships (including couples counseling), trauma and PTSD, grief & loss, and life transitions (caretaking, empty nesting). I also work with people experiencing depression, bipolar, substance use, workplace concerns, and other emotional, psychological, and relational concerns (see detailed list below).
